This ritual is believed to take a person to another dimension or to the world of spirits and ghosts !! So, I assume you would be thinking how are we able to see a 3 Dimensional object on a 2 Dimensional flat screen whenever you get out of the theatre after watching a 3D movie.  If you do ,and yet haven't received any answer for it then be assured that u are going to get your answer here. As I already told this is a principle which should be followed by directors and writers to make the screenplay more interesting and make the audience hold their seats tight !!
